Foolhardy in my redemption
Waylaid in a lonesome dream

Dressed in a erroneous belief of life
Smiling a ostentatious smirk
Drifting in a lament of sinuous lies
Reaching pinnacles back dropped in a false vision
Of yesterdays hallucination

Stand before a timeless annulment
Segregated within compassion
Divided upon a river
Where Charon awaits
A predestined ride
In search of my immortality

Water swirls in its muddy murk
Reaching for my immortal soul
As I fall to a stream below
Drowning perpetually
In a lost purgatory
Drowning in ambrosia
